0165(2)(b): Living room (two blinds), kitchen (one blind) and the door (one blind) leading to the outdoor play area have blinds that the cords are capable of forming a loop. 0165(2)(c): Kitchen counter, phone and table cords accessible to child care children. This items were removed in licensor's presence 10/24/2022 0165(3)(a): On the bottom shelf of the door of the refrigerator a can of condensed milk was not opened properly (lid had sharp edges) accessible to child care children. This item was removed in licensors presence 1024/2022 0165(3)(g): Outdoor play yard: the side of the home has flaking paint accessible to child care children.
